These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Labelit online shop.

3. Offer and contract formation

Product listings in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer.

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer.

The contract is formed only upon confirmation by email or dispatch of the goods.

4. Prices and delivery costs

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).

Delivery costs are shown separately during checkout.

Labelit reserves the right to change prices at any time.

5. Payment terms

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery

Goods are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The customer will be informed of delivery delays.

7. Retention of title

Goods remain the property of Labelit until payment has been made in full.

8. Withdrawal / returns

A right of withdrawal applies only where expressly offered.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be exchanged.

Return costs are borne by the customer unless Labelit is at fault.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

In the event of defects, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement.

10. Liability

Labelit is liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Liability for indirect damage is excluded.

11. Copyright

All designs, drafts and content remain the intellectual property of Labelit.

Use without express permission is prohibited.

12. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

13. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies exclusively.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Labelit.
